1-GENERAL RETURN POLICY: At Hadel, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). This means that items must be shipped back to Hadel within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. After 7 days of receipt, the item is considered a final sale and cannot be returned. 2-RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER: You must have a return authorization number (RA#) in order for the return to be accepted. Please email or fax us to receive a Return Authorization Form and obtain an RA #. The RA # must be written on your package for return. There is no restocking fees, but the freight charges are not refunded, unless we made a mistake in shipping. All returns must be in brand new condition with intact packaging. Please require a signature for delivery of your return and make sure that you insure the package for full value. Hadel, LLC will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please use delivery confirmation or any form of online tracking when returning your item(s). We can not be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked. Please include a copy of our with your return.
