ORDERING

You can order online, by phone, by fax or by mail.

1-ONLINE:

When you shop online, our “shopping cart” will keep track of your purchases. To add items to the shopping cart, just click on the “Add to Cart” button. You'll see the product name and you choose the quantity and size/color if applicable. When you are done shopping, click the “checkout” button. Provide information on where your order should be sent and what shipping method you prefer. Enter your credit card & billing information and “submit” your order. We'll confirm your order via e-mail if you have elected for us to do so. And we will charge your credit card only when we send your order from the warehouse.

2-BY PHONE:

You can fill up the order form enclosed and call us at 404 610 2380 to place an order

3-BY FAX:

You can fill up the order form enclosed and fax it to us at 404 252 0653 with your order. Please include the following information:

• Billing Name, Address, and Phone Number

• Shipping Name, Address, and Phone Number

• Email Address

• Item Code(s) and Name of item(s) including size, color, etc.

• Desired Shipping Method

• Credit Card Number and Expiration Date

• Your Signature

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you, as well as a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the item is shipped. If you don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours (and you checked to receive one), contact customer service.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Credit and Debit Cards. We also accept checks. We do not handle CODs. In case you are paying by check, your check must be received and cashed before we ship out.

We charge your credit card when we ship the item. If we have to ship items in your order separately, more than one charge may show up on your card. When you place your order, we pre-authorize your credit card to make sure the funds are available. If you use a debit card, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We won't actually debit your account until we ship your order.

SHIPPING

We ship via DHL or Fedex Ground or USPS at our discretion. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified. At the time of shipping you will be sent a shipment confirmation by either e mail or fax, provided that you have given us your email address or fax number, with the tracking number for your shipment and the total charged to your credit card.

We do not charge a handling fee. We do not make money on freight, and customers are welcome to advise or use their own Fedex/ UPS/ USPS accounts if they want to.

We do not gift wrap or sell to individuals.

RETURN POLICY

1-GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

At Hadel, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). This means that items must be shipped back to Hadel within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. After 7 days of receipt, the item is considered a final sale and cannot be returned.

2-RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:

You must have a return authorization number (RA#) in order for the return to be accepted. Please email or fax us to receive a Return Authorization Form and obtain an RA #. The RA # must be written on your package for return.

There is no restocking fees, but the freight charges are not refunded, unless we made a mistake in shipping.

All returns must be in brand new condition with intact packaging.

Please require a signature for delivery of your return and make sure that you insure the package for full value. Hadel, LLC will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please use delivery confirmation or any form of online tracking when returning your item(s). We can not be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

Please include a copy of our with your return. If you are returning only part of the order, please circle the item(s) you are returning and please tell us why you are returning/exchanging the item.

3-SALE ITEMS RETURN POLICY:

Items that are on sale cannot be returned.
